ALEX KAFRISSEN

Alex Kafrissen is a New York City based actor, singer, dancer, and writer from Philadelphia, PA. She will graduate from Syracuse University in May 2024 with a BFA in Musical Theatre, and a minor in Music Industry. Recent credits include ensemble in Legally Blonde at Theatre Aspen and Mersister (u/s Ariel) at Syracuse Stage. In December 2023, Alex had the opportunity to make her solo cabaret debut with her original 30 minute piece Dear Diary, utilizing 15 years of diary entries to explore the differences between getting older and growing up.

Outside of performing, Alex enjoys working behind the scenes in the music and film industries. She has worked as a production assistant on the Amazon Prime feature film Musica, traveled to Austin, TX to work as a marketing intern for Live Nation’s music festival division, C3 Presents, and served as a Campus Ambassador and intern for Grammy U, the student division of The Recording Academy. Following Alex’s recent internship with Live Nation, she was offered a freelance position to travel the country and work at a variety of music festivals.
